All prices reflect the live precious-metals market. Prices may change at any time without notice until an order is confirmed. We make every effort to maintain accurate information; however, we are not responsible for typographical errors, pricing inaccuracies, or product availability issues. In the rare event of an error, we may cancel an order and issue a refund for any amounts paid.
4. Order Confirmation & Price Lock
Once you place an order, your price is locked in based on the current market. All confirmed orders are binding. Canceling or failing to complete payment may result in:
- Market loss fees
- Re-stocking charges
- Account suspension
These policies protect both clients and the integrity of the market.
5. Payment Terms
Accepted payment methods may include:
- Bank wire transfer
- Certified funds
- ACH
- Personal Checks – may take up to 10 days to clear
Payment instructions will be provided at checkout. Orders are not shipped until payment is received and verified. We reserve the right to require additional identity verification for large or high-value transactions.
6. Shipping, Insurance & Delivery
All shipments are:

- Discreetly packaged
- Shipped via reliable carriers
Once delivered and confirmed by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the buyer. Clients must inspect shipments immediately upon receipt and notify us of any discrepancies within 48 hours.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of precious metals, all sales are final. Any approved return must be authorized by us in writing. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
- The wrong item was delivered
- The product arrives damaged
- A mistake was made on our part
8. Market Loss Policy
If an order is canceled or unpaid after price lock, the client is responsible for any market loss incurred due to price movement. We charge a cancellation or loss recovery fee at our discretion.
9. Buyback Policy
While we generally offer a buyback service, it is at our discretion and subject to:

- Product authenticity and condition
- Verification requirements
Buyback pricing is not guaranteed until confirmed by our team.
