Shipping Price
All Domestic orders will be shipped and insured for free. At this time we do not ship internationally.
- We Ship within 3 business days after your payment has cleared our account.
- Orders over $2,000 are shipped FedEx or UPS (our choice) 3 day service.
- Orders less Than $2,000 will ship by US Post Office
- All orders are shipped fully insured
- Customer will receive an email once product has shipped.
- A signature may be required upon receipt at our discretion.
Lost or Damaged Package
If your package is lost or damaged, it will be our responsibility to file a claim with the insurance company. Once the claim is filed, you agree to fully cooperate with any requirement which may be required as part of the investigation. Any disputes regarding damaged, missing items, or non-delivery must be reported to JY Case Group, Inc. within 3 business days of delivery date. Failure to fully cooperate will jeopardize the ability for us to replace or refund your lost or damaged package. Upon claim approval, we will replace or refund your purchase at our sole discretion.
Terms of Purchase
- When an order is confirmed, prices become locked-in and the order becomes a contractually binding agreement between the “buyer” and JY Case Group, INC. By placing an order via telephone and agreeing to our terms and conditions, the customer enters into a legal binding agreement with JY Case Group, Inc. The “buyer” agrees to send JY Case Group, Inc. (herein referred to as JY Case Group) payment as specified. Payment by personal check or bank check must be postmarked within 3 business days if sent by mail; 2 business days via bank wire payment. At this time we do not accept credit card payments. Cancellation by the customer will incur a fee of 5% of the order total or $50, whichever is greater, plus any applicable market loss. Market Loss is defined as the difference between the locked spot price of the metals at the time of the order and the spot price of the metals at the time of cancellation. The balance due to JY Case Group is to be paid within (10) business days. If we do not receive payment within this timeframe, JY Case Group reserves the right to send customer accounts to “collections” to retrieve cancellation fees. Any cost of collections activities to JY Case Group, Inc. will be added to the balance due. Any order that remains unpaid outside of payment terms as described in JY Case Group Payment Policies is eligible for cancellation. JY Case Group reserves the right to decline, refuse or cancel any order with or without reason, regardless of payment method, or order confirmation. JY Case Group also reserves the right to cancel any order deemed questionable, suspicious, too significant of risk, incorrect in confirmed price, or if payment has not been received within a specified time frame.
- JY Case Group price quotes include any applicable taxes. The customer is solely responsible for any applicable taxes or duties that may be applicable to a transaction with JY Case Group.
- Due to continually changing market prices for precious metals, the offers made by JY Case Group are only valid for fifteen minute duration. A spot price calculation is determined by JY Case Group upon its sole and absolute discretion.
- JY Case Group does not post prices on its website. Customers should call to get updated prices.
- Customer must notify JY Case Group in writing within 5 business days after receipt of material of any discrepancy, claim, or dispute arising from a transaction. If no notification is received within 5 business days, customer agrees it is forever barred from bringing a claim for loss, damage, or other relief relating to such controversy, claim, or dispute.

- JY Case Group, Inc. shall not be liable to the other party for any failure to perform any obligation under any Agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of JY Case Group, Inc. including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, Political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or manmade eventuality outside of our control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen. JY Case Group, Inc. shall forthwith inform the other Party and shall use all reasonable endeavors to comply with the terms and conditions of any Agreement contained herein.
- JY Case Group does not transact sales with any cryptocurrencies at this time
- Every order placed is subject to manual and review. During this process, customers may be asked for additional information in order to approve or decline an order. JY Case Group reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason.
- Shipping to Post Office (PO) Boxes: Any shipment greater than $10,000 in value going to a PO Box will NOT be insured. Also, insurance on orders going to a PO Box only last until the order is received and signed for by USPS.
- Any order that needs to be re-shipped by JY Case Group for an error which was not the fault of JY Case Group will incur a minimum re-shipment fee of $35.
- At this time JY Case Group does not offer to store any products.
